Enrollment Parameter

  • To join Halo Rewards Program, you need to make a purchase of any value at any ORRA store across India. Just share details with the cashier at the time of billing.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to share the correct communication details with ORRA at the time of enrolling into the program.
  • This program is for individuals only and not for institutional buyers.


Benefits of Loyalty Membership

  • Halo Program Member will get points on the net bill amount on every purchase basis on the current Tier.
  • Halo Members can check their Loyalty points at any ORRA store by providing their registered mobile number.
  • Each Loyalty point is equivalent to 1 Rupee.
  • Loyalty Members also get offers on their Birthday, Anniversary & Spouse Birthday provided the information is shared at the time of enrollment.
  • Members will also enjoy benefits such as Preview of Season Sale, regular updates on New Arrivals & exclusive offers & promotions.

 

Earning of Points

  • You earn Halo points on any Jewellery purchase done, by providing mobile no. at the time of billing at any ORRA store.
  • The number of points earned is based on the current tier you are in.
  • Loyalty Points are valid for 24 months from the date of issue.
  • Points once lapsed cannot be restored or re-issued.
  • Members will be notified at least one month prior about any points which are due to lapse.
  • In case of any product return, the earned Loyalty points will be reversed from your Halo account.
  • Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Redemption of Points

  • Points can be redeemed across all products except GBGB, Gold Jewellery.
  • Customer can start redeeming his/her loyalty points from the next day from the date of earning the point.
  • 1-point accounts for Rs. 1
  • To redeem the points, the loyalty account holder needs to be physically present at the store.
  • Points are unconditional (or a set condition can be configured) and can be redeemed against a bill irrespective of any offers or discounts. 
  • In case of any product return, the redeemed Loyalty points will be added back to your Halo account

 

Tier Upgrade/Downgrade

    • A customer will qualify for a tier upgrade the date he/she crosses the tier threshold. 
    • Tier qualifying purchase should be done within a period of 2 years from the date of upgrade.
    • Customer will be eligible for multiple upgrades provided he/she crossed the tier threshold within the stipulated time
  • Customer must maintain the minimum purchase for 24 months from date of earning to remain in the same slab.

 

Point Expiry

  • The expiry will follow FIFO (First In First Out) logic
  • Loyalty points will expire 24 months from the date of earning. 
  • Customer will get reminders 30 days prior from the expiry of the points.
  • Once expired, the points will move out of the customer’s account.

 

Communication Process

  • Members can make changes in their account details by visiting the nearest ORRA Store.
  • Members can also do it by sending an email to enquiries@orra.co.in with the updated information.
  • Members can opt Out (Unsubscribe) anytime from receiving promotional messages from ORRA by sending an email to enquiries@orra.co.in
  • Members can opt in (Subscribe) anytime from receiving promotional messages from ORRA by sending an email to enquiries@orra.co.in 
  • Members can close the membership anytime by sending an email to enquiries@orra.co.in 
  • By becoming a Halo Member, you agree to receive advertising, marketing and promotional materials and other communications from ORRA.

 

General Conditions

  • ORRA reserves the right to refuse membership to an applicant without prior information.
  • ORRA holds the right to alter/change/abort any particular offer or scheme without prior notice.
  • If a Halo Member is found committing fraud or in any case of misuse, all accumulated loyalty points and the membership of the Cardholder will be automatically cancelled.

 

Privacy & Data Usage

  • Any Customer details provided to ORRA will be kept confidential. 
  • ORRA takes all reasonable precautions to preserve the integrity and prevent any corruption or loss, damage, or destruction of Customer’s Data.
  • We use your purchase details to understand you better and to recommend products suited for your needs.

 

Modification or Amendment of these Terms

  • ORRA Jewellery Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion by posting revisions on the website www.orra.co.in
